Westmont's Receives Final Approval on European Bond Funding Scheme

Project Briefs
Marcellus & Chattanooga Shale
Westmont currently has 92 leased wells in Tennessee, 60 wells in Pennsylvania and 60 wells in West Virginia. Management believes these collective wells will produce up to 1475 barrels of oil per day and 23,750 Mcf per day upon the re-working of these 212 wells. The Company projects pretax earnings in the 28-34% range dependent on market pricing.
San Miguel Tar Sands
Westmont has acquired rights to a 25 well drilling program in the San Miguel Tar Sands Formation with proven heavy oil reserves of approximately 3 billion barrels of Heavy oil. Our initial entry into this project will be the use of our Eco-Recovery4 in a JV agreement with the land-owner and management believes the collective wells will produce up to 3,750 barrels of oil per day and 625 Mcf per day upon full completion of these 25 wells.
